The Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association invites vendors to join us for our premier annual event. This clinic brings together coaches, programs, and decision-makers from across the state—making it a valuable opportunity to connect with the baseball community.

Vendor Schedule

Friday, January 16: Vendor setup from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Evening meetings (6:00–9:00 PM) are always heavily attended.

Saturday, January 17: Main vendor showcase. Most vendors conclude by Saturday afternoon.

Sunday, January 18: Optional vendor day if you’d like to remain open.
Cost: $500 per booth

Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis inside the ballroom.
