🏆 TBCA Announces 2026 Hall of Fame Inductees 


The Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association is proud to announce the 2026 Hall of Fame Class, honoring four exceptional figures whose contributions to the game have elevated baseball across the state and beyond. 

These distinguished honorees will be officially inducted on Saturday, January 17, 2026, during the TBCA Awards Luncheon. 


Geff Davis – Gibbs High School (TN)

Coach Geff Davis has been synonymous with success and consistency at Gibbs High School. Over his remarkable career, Davis has built one of Tennessee’s most respected high school baseball programs, marked by discipline, preparation

, and sportsmanship. His leadership has developed not just championship teams, but generations of student-athletes who carry his lessons far beyond the diamond. Davis’s legacy at Gibbs is a testament to his deep love of the game and his unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. 



Richie Estep – Columbia Academy / Goodpasture Christian School (TN)

A model of coaching excellence, Richie Estep has guided both Columbia Academy and Goodpasture Christian School to sustained success. Known for his steady leadership and high standards, Estep’s programs have been perennial contenders in state competition. Beyond the wins, his true legacy lies in his mentorship — developing players of character and integrity. Estep’s passion for baseball and dedication to his athletes have earned him admiration across the Tennessee coaching community.  



Todd Dunn – Montgomery Central High School (TN)

A former professional ballplayer turned outstanding coach, Todd Dunn has brought elite-level experience and enthusiasm to Montgomery Central High School. His teams reflect his core values of discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit. Dunn’s leadership has transformed the program into a respected force, with a culture rooted in accountability and respect for the game. His influence reaches far beyond wins and losses, shaping young athletes into leaders on and off the field. 



Mookie Betts – Overton High School / Los Angeles Dodgers

One of baseball’s brightest stars, Mookie Betts began his journey at Overton High School in Nashville, Tennessee. A standout athlete from an early age, Betts’ dedication and work ethic propelled him to the highest levels of the sport. Now a World Series champion, MVP, and multiple-time All-Star with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Betts continues to represent Tennessee baseball with humility and pride. His induction into the TBCA Hall of Fame honors not only his professional accomplishments but also the inspiration he provides to players throughout the state.
